BOI Implants
BOI implants have become one of the most advanced systems of basal dental implants. They are aptly designed for immediate loading so that, they get the patient’s permanent teeth fixed immediately in 3 days. They are well designed and can be immediately loaded. BOI implants have high success rate when compared to that of the other traditional implants. BOI implants are used for two situations:
- When the bone height is insufficient
- When the ridges are very thin
The success rates for using these implants are high in people like:
- Smokers
- Who have gum diseases
- Who have bone with less height etc
They are independent of the presence of volume in the vertical dimension. This makes it a completely changed therapeutic option in the upper jaw. BOI implants do not require sinus lifts.
